My name is Heidy- I’m a Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula, and Certified Lactation Counselor currently serving New York City and its surrounding areas (including Queens, Long Island, Brooklyn, The Bronx, Westchester and some parts of New Jersey). Virtually, I am able to provide support to anyone, anywhere in the world- I am fluent in English & Spanish.

My goal is to help you and your family achieve a meaningful, empowering and fulfilling birth experience, as well as a seamless, loving transition into parenthood.

PACKAGES AND RATES

 In-Person Labor Doula Support

1. Basic In-Person Birth Doula Package- $5,000 for Birth Doula Services.

This package includes:

During pregnancy:

- unlimited virtual prenatal visits, one in-person prenatal visit, on-call 24/7 from time of hire through delivery, in-person support during labor at your home and/or in the hospital or birthing center, unlimited phone, video, text, and email support throughout your entire pregnancy.

During postpartum:

- a follow up postpartum visit in your home, unlimited text and email support throughout the first year postpartum.

Birth and Postpartum Doula Support

1- Continuity of care package-  

Option A- $12,500 for birth doula services, and ten(10) overnights of postpartum doula support.

This package includes everything listed under the Basic In-Person Birth Doula Package plus 10 overnights of postpartum doula support. This package will allow me to support you through your pregnancy, the birth of your baby, and a smooth transition into parenthood.

Option B- $20,000 for birth doula services, and twenty(20) overnights of postpartum doula support.

This package includes everything listed under the Basic In-Person Birth Doula Package plus 20 overnights of postpartum doula support.

Option C- Inquire about a customizable package to meet your personal/family needs.

In-Person Lactation Visit

1.  In-Person Lactation Visit- $400 for 1.5-2 hours of lactation support.

During this visit, I will learn about your experience, listen to all your concerns, answer your questions, oversee a feeding to assess the latch. Together, we will troubleshoot any feeding issues and work on positioning. We can also set up your breast pump and learn how to use it, make a plan for supplementing with expressed milk and/or formula, etc.

Postpartum Doula Support

                      1. Deluxe Overnight Doula Support-  $15,000 for 20 overnight shifts of postpartum support:

Each overnight shift is 10 hours long, usually from 9pm to 7am.

This is ideal for the families that want support during the night time to be able to have dinner together, and get ready for bed while your doula tends to the baby. This allows the new parents to sleep as much as possible and recover. As your doula, I will hold your baby, oversee diaper changes, bring baby to you for feedings (if desired), burp baby and put baby back to sleep. This will reduce your awake time and limit the disruption to your partner's sleep.

                   2. Basic Postpartum Overnight Doula Package- $7,500 for 10 overnight shifts of postpartum support.

This package can be used in a three-week time frame, we will customize a schedule to better fit your family’s unique needs.                  

Virtual Lactation Support

I will help you troubleshoot any lactation issues virtually.

1. $150 for a video call session to troubleshoot any new issues and/or transitions.

  • Engorgement.

  • Painful latch.

  • Low supply.

  • Back to work.

  • Pumping.

  • Bottle feeding.

  • Weaning off the pump.

  • Weaning off the breast.

Virtual Birth Doula Support

                      1. Virtual Birth Doula Package- $2,500 for pregnancy support and virtual labor support.

This Package includes:

Unlimited virtual prenatal meetings, unlimited support and advocacy throughout the duration of your labor (via text, phone calls and/or video calls). Plus unlimited text, email and phone support throughout the first year postpartum.
